Fertility Support

My hormones are making me so emotional. Even though you're under wonderful fertility care you feel like you need some extra support. I am here to help guide and cheer you along the way!
Postpartum Support
You're staring at your beautiful infant and you feel detached. Or maybe you're so attached that you're afraid to step away. Postpartum anxiety and depression don't discriminate. A dramatic drop of hormones can cause both of these. It's hard to distinguish between complete exhaustion and postpartum anxiety/depression. I have experienced both and came out on the other side with a passion to help others through the same feelings. The overwhelm, fogginess, exhaustion, guilt, longing for freedom, and frustration with breast feeding are real feelings that should be addressed.
